Jignesh Shah has been the Director of the Investment Manager since February 8, 2024. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With extensive experience in finance, strategy, fund management, and project and infrastructure finance, he previously served as CEO of IL&FS Infra Asset Management Limited (IIAML), where he oversaw investments in roads, renewable energy, hospitals, and more. He also participated in key transactions across the infrastructure sector and served on the boards of several infrastructure projects, including toll and annuity projects in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Naresh Kothari

Design Director

Naresh Kothari has been the Director of the Investment Manager since February 8, 2024. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Bombay. With a diverse background in investment banking, capital markets, asset management, and proprietary investing, he has served on the boards of several companies, including Edelweiss Capital Markets and Edelweiss Global Wealth Management. In 2013, he founded Alpha Alternatives, focusing on multi-asset class investment solutions. He is a member of SEBI’s Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee and serves on the investment committee for Alpha Alternatives Fund Advisors LLP.

Abhishek Dalmia

Abhishek Dalmia has been the Director of the Investment Manager since February 14, 2024. He is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce. Since 2020, he has served as Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Revathi Equipment India Limited and Semac Consultants Limited.

Vijay Chhibber

Vijay Chhibber has been the Independent Director of the Investment Manager since February 14, 2024. A former IAS officer of the 1978 Manipur-Tripura Cadre, he holds a master’s degree in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, and is an alumnus of the National Defense College. With over 37 years of public service, he has held key positions such as Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, and Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India. He has also served on the boards of various corporations and is currently an Independent Director at Dilip Buildcon Limited, Sagarmala Coastal Limited, and Reach to Teach Foundation.

Dr. Shubhada M Rao

Dr. Shubhada Rao has been the Independent Director of the Investment Manager since February 14, 2024. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master’s degree in Industrial Economics (Gold Medalist) from the University of Bombay. Previously, she served as Senior Group President at Yes Bank from 2006 to 2020. She also serves as a director on the boards of Aequs Private Limited and Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited.
